When does the Super Millions Poker Open start?

When does SMPO end?

The series wraps up on August 27, with massive finals and high-stakes rewards.
How much does it cost to enter the Super Millions Poker Open?

Buy-ins vary by event. You can join satellites from as low as $1.50 + $0.15. Main Event entries range from $5.50 up to $1,055.
What are satellites?

Satellites are qualifying tournaments with lower buy-ins that give you a chance to earn a seat in the bigger SMPO events at a lower cost.
How do satellites work and where can I see my result?

Daily satellites start on July 18. Once a satellite ends, your result is displayed instantly. If you qualify, the ticket is automatically credited to your Bodog account.
Can I join the Main Event without playing satellites?

Definitely. Satellites are just an economical option. You can also enter directly by paying the full buy-in for the event you want.
What time do the tournaments start?

All schedules on our English pages are shown in Eastern Time (ET).
How long does a Poker tournament last?

It depends on the tournament structure and number of players. Events with bigger starting stacks and longer blind levels usually take more time.
What does “guaranteed tournament” mean?

It means the prize pool is guaranteed, no matter how many players register. At SMPO, you’ll find tournaments with USD 40,000, USD 100,000 and even USD 200,000 GTD.
Where are SMPO players from?

SMPO is global – with players from Latin America, Europe, Asia and North America. But it’s no secret that Brazilians and Latin American players shine bright at Bodog tables.
How is the SMPO winner decided?

Since SMPO is a multi-tournament series, there are several champions. But the Main Event and Mini Main Event stand out for offering the biggest prizes of the series.
How many phases does each tournament have?

All SMPO tournaments are single-phase events, meaning they start and end on the same day. Duration depends on the number of players, starting stack and blind structure.
