How can we help?
1. Go to your account's Security menu.
2. Find the 2FA section and click Disable 2FA.
3. A confirmation link will be sent to your email.
4. After clicking the link, enter your code from the authenticator app.
Keep in mind: disabling 2FA also removes all trusted browsers. .
